Kyo Ya in the East Village
Kyo Ya is an elegant setting composed of wood and soft lighting, that specializes in Kaiseke cuisine. The Michelin guide calls it a “brilliant jewel”. Master chef, Mr. Chikara Sono is very proud of Kyo Ya’s success, and he credits the restaurant’s accomplishments to its customers and suppliers. Most of its dishes are made with imported products from Japan, and Chef Sono recognizes how important it is to nourish a long term partnership with companies like OP. The chef points out that a good product is a must, but great service makes all the difference, making OP a pleasure to work with.
